About Faisal Farooq Homes
Established in 2008, Faisal Farooq Homes delivered more than two hundred homes in housing sector of Lahore in the last Sixteen years. Almost eighty projects, ranging from one kanal houses to eight kanal villas, were delivered with complete grey and finishing, to the utmost satisfaction of clients and within committed time. Rest of the projects were delivered to Developers with grey structures only. The company’s growth in such a limited time has just been possible because of the best level of services and fulfillment of commitments. Though our main specialization area is home design and construction, we provide complete range of services to our clients. Our one-window solution includes in-house architectural design, in-house drafting, approval of submission drawings, grey structure construction, finishing services, completion certificate from concerned authorities, and maintenance services. We are among very few companies in Lahore who offer maintenance services after house delivery.

Supervision Based Construction
We provide complete construction services on actual costs bases. All labor and material charges have to be paid by the client. We charge 10% of project cost as our service charges.
Grey Structure on Turnkey & Finishing on Supervision
We execute complete grey structure on fixed covered area rate. Later on, upon client’s intention, we also provide complete Finishing services, charging only 10% of finishing costs as our service charges.

We offer complete grey construction and Finishing on Fixed covered area rate bases. A comprehensive contract, with all material specs and prices, is signed between our company and the client.
