Grey structure means all structure with plastering, concrete kacha flooring, complete sanitary and sewer works except for bathroom fixtures, and only conduit piping for electricity

Maintenance Services

Farooqs Building Solutions exclusively provide maintenance services to those clients who undersigned project with the company.

Architectural Design

In addition to in-house design, we are consulting and having good working relationship with following architects.

Turnkey Construction

We offer complete grey construction and finishing on fixed covered area rate bases. A comprehensive contract, with all material specs and prices, is signed between our company and the client.

Grey Structure on Turn Key

We execute complete grey structure on fixed covered area rate. Later on, upon client’s intention, we also provide complete finishing services, charging only 10% of finishing costs as our service charges.

Construction Supervision

We provide complete construction services on actual costs bases. All labor and material charges have to be paid by the client. We charge 10% of project cost as our service charges.
